On January 8th, I will leave to study abroad in Florence, Italy for the next four months. This is an opportunity I am so grateful to have as I explore another cities lifestyle, culture, food, art, and people. From Florence I will be able to travel to all different countries in Europe such as, France, Ireland, Spain, and so many more. This is truly an opportunity for me to go out of my comfort zone and allow myself to be immersed in another culture. Through the process of preparing to leave, I have already begun to understand and appreciate better the massive world that we live in.
As someone who has always found comfort and passion in writing, I am using this blog as a platform for reflections as I travel about the various countries I visit, the people I meet, the art and culture I see, and of course, the food.
